| Checks should be payable to
Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation
and mailed to the Kansas Dental Charitable
Foundation, 5200
SW Huntoon., Topeka,
KS 66604. A
formal gift receipt will be returned to the
donor for individual financial and tax records.
|
Gifts to the Kansas Dental
Charitable Foundation in memory of -- or in
honor of -- a friend or loved one are welcome
throughout the year. All that is needed is that
the giver include with their check a note
indicating who is the honoree (please print
names) and who should be notified at what
address. A special letter is sent to the family
of the honoree indicating the gift has been
made. The letter does NOT indicate the amount of
the gift. A copy of the letter is also sent to
the donor to confirm the honoree or honoree’s
family has been notified. |
The Foundation can be a
part of your estate plan by including the
following language in your will or trust
document:
"...to the Kansas Dental
Charitable Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit
corporation, with its principal office in
Topeka, KS, for the benefit and use by the
Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation, 5200 SW
Huntoon, Topeka, Kansas 66604, for the purposes
and objectives for which it was created and
exists, as may be recommended by the Director of
the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation."
It is helpful for us to
know of your plans so your wishes may be
followed
